Private Personal Defense Handgun Course

This course is for students wishing to work privately with a GTUSA instructor on a one-to-one basis to learn the various techniques of the Personal Defense Handgun course.  This is a unique experience to gain new insights and learn advanced techniques in using a handgun for personal protection or concealed carry.  PDH discusses the required mental attitude and skills necessary to defend your live or those of your loved ones from deadly force.  Discussions on Colorado firearm laws, the use of deadly force to protect lives and the steps needed to train for such events is what Personal Defense Handgun is all about.  Everything from Dry practice, handguns and holsters and live-fire personal defense drills are all designed to bring your training to the right level in order to protect yourself.  This course more satisfied the current training requirement for a Concealed Carry Permit for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. Range Fee not included.

Note: These courses teach advanced skills and should only be taken after you have mastered the basic pistol marksmanship fundamentals.
